INNOVA THERMO-ACOUSTIC WINDOW

It is a window with two panes of glass, placed on a PVC, wood or aluminum frame. Other materials and combinations upon request. The INNOVA window is hermetic with a high noise and thermal insulation capacity, it is installed in new constructions to isolate from the external or internal environment. It is also a remodeling element that allows to improve and adapt interiors to separate spaces and protect them from noise, in homes, living rooms, meeting rooms, meeting places. It also serves to separate work spaces and places of public attention, where it acts as part of work furniture, call centers, banks.
It was designed to reduce the height of the frame so as not to obstruct the passage of light. It is used as fixed panels and as swing panels as any ordinary window is used. The frame allows spaces of 20 and 26 mm between the internal faces of the two panes of glass, for any thickness of glass.
The frame is designed to receive 2 panes of up to 10 mm. They can be wider if necessary; However, two 6 mm glass panes provide sufficient protection against external noises of 70 to 90 decibels. Indoors, the noise level is about 50 dB, which is suitable for comfort. Acrylic can be used for interiors.
The INNOVA window is hermetically attached to the supporting structure; in addition to the hermetic seal of the window, the hermetic seal between the window and the supporting structure is also ensured; we manufacture the profiles with built-in gaskets for a hermetic seal between the INNOVA window and the supporting structure. The way it is secured to the supporting structure is imperceptible after installation. Installation is quick and clean. We pay attention to the sealing of gaps and any small openings between the installed window and the supporting structure or any structure that separates the enclosed area to be protected from the noise source. Installation is done by trained personnel; with minimal training, some people could install it properly.
An available model of the INNOVA window can be installed with 1 glass pane so that the user can install the second glass pane later; it requires trained personnel.

Why our low prices?
Our prices, lower than those of other window manufacturers, are due to several factors. We do not sacrifice the tightness of the window or of the window with the supporting structure, we do not sacrifice quality, appearance or durability. The guarantee of materials is given by their manufacturers. Our workforce is specialized and trained to assemble and install with all standards, efficiently.
We do not pay royalties for designs or brands because we are the creators and owners of the profile designs; we also do not pay intermediation to manufacture profiles, we manufacture directly.
Our prices also do not include amortization of equipment to manufacture profiles because we receive funding from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism through the INNOVA Award, which we are passing on to our clients. The lower price for not including equipment amortization costs will last until we have returned double what we received through VAT taxes and it is necessary to renew equipment.
For special orders that require new extrusion molds or new components, we charge only the part equivalent to the quantity ordered, which reduces the cost of new designs. We use CAD and additive printing to evaluate samples of designs and to adjust them to the client’s needs, before approval for production.
We have production methods that reduce labor costs and production and delivery times. Our administration and organization costs are low.
The discounts we give for order quantities are based on those the supplier gives us for volume purchases of glass, hardware and other components, which we pass on to the client.
Our advertising expenses are minimal; we do not seek to be the biggest, we seek to be the best.
