An effective thermal and noise insulation solution without altering the façade

This double-glazed window is superimposed on the inner side of the installed single glass window. PVC, wood or aluminum frame or other materials and combinations. Two monolithic glasses, 6 mm plus the installed window glass, create sufficient protection for external noises of 70 to 90 decibels. Inside there will be about 50 decibels, suitable for well-being. The glasses can be thicker if necessary, with laminated glass, with or without films. This solution provides effective thermal and noise insulation without altering the facade at a very affordable price for premises that use air conditioning with single-glass windows. With energy savings that can cover the cost in 3 to 5 years.

Hermetic seal gaskets are incorporated into the fixed and swing panels. The ultra-thin window adheres tightly to the existing window; after installation, it is almost unnoticed. The installation process is quick and clean. It is important to seal crevices and any small gaps between the installed single pane window and the supporting structure or any structure that separates the closed area to be protected from the noise source. The installation should be done by trained personnel; with minimal training, some people could install it properly.

REMODELING

This solution is also useful for remodeling, improving and adapting interiors. It can be used for separate spaces and protecting homes, living rooms, gathering places from noise. It can also be useful to separate public service spaces, as part of work furniture, in call centers and banks. In homes with traffic noise, factories with noise sources, offices, can use it to isolate noisy machines and processes. In these interiors, acrylics and tempered glass can also be used. Additionally, it is waterproof for outdoor use.
